A small udon shop on a street corner in Katsushika. The udon made every morning has a gentle flavor with a moderate firmness and the sweetness of wheat. The broth is carefully made using dried sardines as the base, along with kombu and several types of dried fish flakes, resulting in a delicious taste that makes you want to drink it all. It's a bowl that warms both the heart and body, perfect for dropping by during a stroll around Tateishi.
